How to make a giant cupcake cake?
My friend wants a giant cupcake cake for her birthday but I don’t want to go out and buy a special cake pan. And I don’t really want to try carving a cupcake either because I’m not very good at that at all. How can I make a giant cupcake?
I don’t want to order one from a bakery either. I’ve got everything to make a cake, I just don’t know how to make it look like a giant cupcake.
I’ve also only got one cake mix, so I can’t make a huge batch of batter.
If you use 2 cake mixes and bake 2 round layers and the rest in a large stainless steel or Pyrex bowl, It should look like a cupcake when you stack the two round layers and the bowl layer upside down on top. Use a frosting that is the same color as the cake to glue the layers together and frost the top with whatever frosting you like. Hope this works!
