Cupcake Stick Questions

Cupcake Stick
What pan is suitable for chiffon cupcake?

I have tried making chiffon cup cake but I did not put it in a pan/tray for baking. Instead I put them on paper baking cup and bake. Unfortunately the heat is not strong enough and the chiffon cup cake wasn’t cooked inside.

Do I need to put on a cupcake tray to bake the chiffon cup cake? I have a non stick baking tray which I don’t think is suitable.

What about silicone bakeware?

Any suggestion?

If you don’t want to buy a cupcake pan or muffin pan, use the FOIL liners. Reynolds makes them, usually on the baking aisle. They can sit on a flat cookie sheet and keep their shape for muffins and cupcakes. As you found out, paper ones will not.
