If you make brownies from a mix in a cupcake pan will they come out ok?
My cake pan rusted and I threw it away but I have a box of brownie mix I really want to make. If I use a mini muffin pan will the brownies come out ok. I am mostly worried that they will not cook all the way through or that the outside will burn really fast. Any suggestions.
definitely grease the pan. they might come out cooked a little unevenly, but overall they should be okay. monitor them as they are baking.
